She is survived by: her parents, George Smith and Alice Smith (DeLodge); her husband Winston; and her children, Gene Boehm (Gayle), Debbie Lehman (Allan), Joe Boehm (Jill), Sally Haynes (Chuck), Gil Boehm (Denise), Tim Boehm (Teresa) and Tina Tiethoff (Tom).
