He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Tillotson and Mildred Tillotson. He is survived by: his wife Judy Tillotson (Harris); his children, Ray Tillotson, Fred Tillotson (Kim), Gary Tillotson, Larry Sied (Shelley), Jenny Rosenbaum and Brandy Rodenhouse; and his sisters, Mona Price and Freda Tillotson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
