He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his mother Nancy; his children, Nathan, Nick, Katie Herman (Greg Nelson), Rebecca Mulligan (Harry) and Tyler Herman; his siblings, Sherri Hall (Jason) and Joshua Barnum (Cassie); his nieces and nephews, Madelynn, Katherine Foster, Isabel and Levi Barnum; and his grandchildren, Abigal, Hannah, James, Isabell, Jordan, Jerry and Mikeal. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
