He is survived by: his wife Tonia (Van Ast); his children, Crystal (Josh) of Curtis James, Courtney (Ryan) and Collin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jada, Ryan and Maddox; his stepmother Jennette Parkhurst; and his siblings, Jim (Julie), Jack (Lori), Bob and Kathy (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
