He is survived by: his wife Lois (Parker); his children, Timothy Phillips (Beth) and Michelle Paepke (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kari Westervelt, Andrew Phillips and Nathan Phillips; his great grandchildren, Dylan Greenfield, Victoria Phillips and Bearett Phillips; his brothers, Dale Phillips (Ann) and Dean Phillips (Kevin); and his sisters-in-law, Doris Martin and Edith Johnson.
