He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford A. Chase and Ila Chase (Smith) of Sand Lake; his grandfathers, Lincoln Chase (Agnes) and Robert Smith (Lula); and his grandson Nicholas Fisk.
He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Cronkright (Thomas); his grandchildren, Andrew Cronkright (Leah), Hope Reinagel (Kneight) and Timothy Fisk (Heather); his great grandchildren, Noah, Josiah, Brynn, Ethan, Rayanne, Harmony, Sabrina and Dominic; his great great grandchild Alice; his sister Sheryll Montgomery (Dale); his nephew Craig Montgomery (Stephanie); and his niece Angela McClendon (John). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
