He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Bill and Maria De Guadalupe Bill (Valdez); his sister Rachael Bill; and his nephew Michael Bill. He is survived by: his siblings, Ramon Bill (Marge) of Houston, Frank Bill of Sand Creek, Willie Bill Jr. of Clayton, Phillip Bill (Minni) of Manitou Beach, Louis Bill (Ronda) of Morenci, Andy Bill (Sue) of Sand Creek, Tina Bill of Sand Creek and Anita Lanczki (Paul) of Adrian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in honor of Joe can be made to benefit Holy Family Parish, St. Mary Campus.
