He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Eva. He is survived by: his spouse Janice Herriman Ries; his daughters, Lisa Richmond (Dennis) of Lake Wales, FL, Trisa Iffland (Mark) of Palmyra and Kristy Gonzalez (Manuel) of Winter Garden, FL; his sister Mary Spurgeon (Larry) of Alberville, AL; and his grandchildren, Kirsten Tripp, Mattea, Preston Iffland, Julia and Juan Gonzalez.
