He is survived by: his son Donald Blake; his grandchildren, Derek and Josie Blake; his sisters, Nicki Pillsbury (Lynn) and Kathy Nelkie (Jim); his stepmother Betty Blake; his nephews, Mark, Michael, Theodore Pillsbury and Thomas Nelkie; and also, Jeff Brookbank (Diane), Roberta Otwell (Ralph), David Thunberg, Tony Thompson, Pete Casper and Rick Privett. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
