He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Hans and Marjorie L. Frederiksen (Thurkettle). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marie Kabza; his son Richard (Cynthia) of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Emma Kathryn and Ryan James; his siblings, Beth Christians (Robert) and Jan Maher (Joseph); his sister-in-law Patricia Mulder; his aunt Dorothy Hovingh; and his pet Greta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends.
