He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Fosdick (Koziol); his sister Kay Suzanne Fosdick; his brother-in-law Thomas Dickey; and his parents, Dale Fosdick and Marilyn Fosdick.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Fosdick (Chris Frommeyer), Emma Fosdick, Cara Fosdick (Arvind Venkataraman) and Elliot Fosdick; his grandchildren, Shantha and Dorothy; and his sisters, Roxanne Dickey and Cynthia Fosdick.
