She is survived by: her husband Lee Hoffman; her son Adam Hoffman (Linda); her grandchildren, Archer and Fiona Hoffman; and her siblings, Glenn Dentel (Janet) and Nancy Rock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Jonathan Andrew Hoffman Scholarship Fund, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
