With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph L. McDowell of Saline, Michigan, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McDowell and Elsie McDowell; and his sister Louise DeWitte. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Goodale (Peggy); his children, Steve McDowell (Sue) of Ypsilanti, MI, David McDowell (Audrey) of Angola, IN, John McDowell (Tina) of Castle Rock, WA and Katherine McGough (Kevin) of Arlington, MA.; his brother James McDowell (Shirley); and his brother-in-law Roy DeWitte. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
