She was predeceased by: her father John Frank Church. She is survived by: her son Stephan Racz; her stepchildren, Andrew (Kimberly), Anthony (Nada) and Angela Mears (Todd); her grandchildren, James Martin, Jacqueline Martin, Joseph Martin, Dante Martin, Davis Mears, Parker Mears and Cooper Mears; and her niece Cheryl Newman (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson's & Movement Disorders Fund for Discovery at Michigan Medicine.
