He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Patalan and Veronica Patalan (Hojnowski). He is survived by: his former wife Christine Ann Lewandowski; his wife Chris; his sons, Eric Patalan (Cathy), Jeff Patalan (Nikkie), Tim Patalan and Andy Patalan (Lisa); his grandchildren, Carmela, Alina, Maria, Parker, Rocky and Mick; and his sister Irene Patalan (Rich Thompson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
