He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Shook; his children, Terry Shook (Beth), Alisa Weatherbee (Jim), Todd Shook (Brenda) and Jason Shook (Chrissie); his grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Lindsey, Taylor, Austin, Payton, Livvie, Lainey, Connor, Brianna and Mayson; and his siblings, Forrest Shook (Dee), Gloria Aldea and Rosemary Falter (Mike).
