He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Mills and Carol Mills (Dunn-Robinson); and his sister Linda Mills. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Mills (Nancy) and Lesia Smith (Butch). He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
