He was predeceased by: his grandparents, CJ Perry, Don Thomas and Phyllis Ohanian; and his aunt Sharen Stennett. He is survived by: his mother Lynn Thomas-Perry; his wife Chelsea Harding of Saline; his son Benjamin Thomas; his father Michael Perry; his brother Adam Perry; his grandmother Carole Thomas; his aunts, Erika Davidson, Betsy Zibara and Jennifer Thomas; and his uncle Kevin Watts. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family, care of Chelsea Harding, for the purposes of creating an educational fund for their son, Ben.
