He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ola Hitchcock and James Hitchcock; his wife Carole June Hitchcock; his daughters, Lisa Hitchcock, Kerri Kacanowski (Jim) and Brenna Payne (Tom); his grandchildren, Kalyn Swierlik (Garrett), Kristina Cullen (Brad), Kathryn Gilbert (John), Adam, Griffin, Morgan, Savannah Kacanowski, Colin, Connor and Caden Payne; his great grandchild Mallory June Cullen; his siblings, Jeanette Jordan (Jim), Joey Gilligan and Jo Hitchcock; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Hitchcock and Mary Anne Hitchcock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jerry's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and envelopes will be available at the church.
