He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julia England (Tropea) and Norman England; his wife Barbara England (Reynolds); his daughters, Julie Gilchrist (Chuck) of Gilbert, AZ, Lori Crooks (Michael) of Leslie, MI, Dawn Welt (Dean) of Saline, MI and Jennifer England of Oro Valley, AZ; his grandchildren, Stephany, Robert Crooks, Troy, Alex Gilchrist, Wesley and Christopher Welt; his stepdaughters, Dawn Klein (Randy) of Lakeland, Florida, Tracy Nicholas (Dave Alexander) of Milan, MI and Christa Krol (Jeff) of Willis, MI; his former wife Donna Mae Hankamp (England); and his stepdaughter Tammy Bassett (Scott) of Traverse City, MI.. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jim's name may be made to the Ann Arbor VA Hospital, Arbor Hospice or Saline St. Paul United Church of Christ and envelopes will be available at the church.
