He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix E. Bowker and Lorene M. Bowker (Dotson); his wife Maxine Hall; and his siblings, Jean Estes Arthurs and Martin Bowker.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Coleman (Kenneth) of Saline and Douglas Bowker (Marie) of Ann Arbor; his grandchildren, Thomas Coleman, Daniel Bowker (Sheri), Denise Bowker and David Bowker; his great grandchildren, Makenzie and Aubrey Bowker; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Harbison (Howard) and Wayne Hall (Sherry).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
