He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Butcko and Mae Butcko. He is survived by: his wife Michele (Commeyne); his daughters, Kate Lett (Greg) and Elizabeth Abbatiello (Anthony); and his grandsons, Dominic and Peter James.
