She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasqua Mucciante and Mattia Mucciante; her husband Charles R. Witkowski; her daughter Marie Witkowski; and her siblings, Maria, Lawrence, Anthony, Albert and Elio.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Witkowski (Nancy), Linda Smigulec (Mike), David Witkowski (Khushboo) and Mary Caye Spieth (John); her grandchildren, Melissa, Michael, Lauren, Steven, Gianna and Milo; and her sister Ida Mucciante.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Helen's name may be made to St. Andrew Catholic Church or The Humane Society of Huron Valley.
