He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hieber and Meta Waltz; his siblings, Luella McGranahan (Marley), Dorothy Smith (Walter) and Herman (Barbara Seyfried); and his wife Linda Whittaker Boyd.
He is survived by: his daughter Krystal Woodard (William); his grandchildren, Beth Boyd and Shawn Hastings (Tatyana); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy McPherson (Mike) and Mark Whittaker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
