She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Novak and Victoria Novak; and her brothers, Ray and Clem. She is survived by: her husband Robert (Bob). She is also survived by her three children and their spouses.

There will be no service and in lieu of flowers the family requests that any donations be made to the USGA Foundation.
