She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Culliton and Marguerite Culliton; and her husband Frank L. Carter. She is survived by: her children, Susan Mulka (William) of Saline, Robert Carter (Linda) of Columbus, GA and David Carter of Grass Lake; her grandchildren, Joseph Mulka (Mary), John Mulka (Natalie), Kate Mulka, Kindal Brinkman (Ryan), Robert Carter Jr., Abigail Carter, Charla Carter and Mitchel Ulrich (Briana); and her brother Earl D. Culliton of Florida. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church and envelopes will be available at the church.
