He is survived by: his siblings, Bernhard and Maria; his wife Annette; his children, Allen, Michael, Heidi Willemse (late Mike), Charlene Page and Kristine Koscielniak (Joel); his grandchildren, Kati Willemse, Nicholas Willemse, Tyler Willemse (Jake), Jeffery Page, Jacqueline Page, Jacob Page (Zoe), Alena Wurster, Jamie Wurster, Rebecca Wurster and Zachary Wurster; and his great grandchildren, Jonah Page and Emerson Page.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to Arbor Hospice, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
