He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Jennie Koscielski, Peter and Sophie Kolasinski. He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Kolasinski and Richard Kolasinski; his wife Melissa Parrott; his children, Sophie Kolasinski (Dean Kallis) and James Kolasinski (Brooke Halak); his sister Krista Brady (Christopher); his cousin Brian Koscielski (Michelle); and his parents-in-law, Marilyn Innes McLeod and Paul Parrott (Tammy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
