He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Jeffries and Rachel Jeffries (Ringer); and his brother Robert Jeffries. He is survived by: his nephews, Mark Jeffries (Arlene) and Tracy Jeffries (Laurie) of Elizabeth City, NC; and his close friend Angela Austin of Saline, MI..
