He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank D'Agostino and Antoinette D'Agostino (Cardone); his children, Richard D'Agostino of Mesa, Alan D'Agostino (Lori) of Ann Arbor and Deanna Champagne (Steve) of Chelsea; his daughter-in-law Cynthia D'Agostino of Brighton; his son David D'Agostino; and his brother Daniel D'Agostino. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Arbor Hospice and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
