He is survived by: his wife Katt; his children, Jeffery Bailey (Alicia), David Hoffmaster (Holly) and Elizabeth Hoffmaster (Jared); his grandchildren, Wade, Simone, Hayden, Ashlin, Gage and Sawyer; his uncle Artiss McDonnell; and also Donald McDonnell. He is also survived by 3 sisters and special aunt.
