He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parshall and Wanda Parshall (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Welch; his children, Melissa Saunders (Scott), Ryan Parshall and Melanie Ramirez (Tony); his daughter-in-law Jill DeLeon (Gabe); his grandchildren, Baily, Ayden, Abigail, Bryce, Corban, Makayla, Landon, Madison, Gavin and Keagan; and his siblings, Sue (Jerry), Robin (Dennis), Annette (Jack), Bill (Shirley), Mike (Connie) and Diane (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
