With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Kay Richardson of Saint Louis, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Kay Richardson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Benjamin and Annabelle Bush (Bringardner); her husband Henry Laverne Richardson; and her siblings, Jeff Bush and Pamela Mailand.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Richardson (Elizabeth), Brian Richardson (Jamie) and Matthew Richardson (Raelinda); her grandchildren, Thomas Richardson, Samuel Richardson, Abbie Baublitz (Kaleb), Maxwell Richardson (Darian), Henry Richardson, Isabelle Kindy (Josiah) and Kylie Richardson; and her sisters, Sally McNamara and Barbara Morse. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Homes - St. Louis (117 N East St, St. Louis, MI 48880). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hill Church of Christ (10015 N Luce Rd, Alma, MI 48801). A burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Chapel Garden Cemetery.
