He is survived by: his spouse Trudi Hollister; his children, Anita Monk, Deborah Chlebina (Dennis), Shari Jerome (John), Eric Monk (Kimberly), Joni Ryden and Craig Ryden; his siblings, Margaret Pershing, Robert Monk and William Monk; and his sister-in-law Candace O'Connell. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
