He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Mikek and Rose Mikek (Hrabal); his son Theodore; and his brother Thomas Mikek. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Matthew Mikek (Kristine), Patrick Mikek (Melissa), David Mikek (Leslie) and Robb Mikek (Jamie); his grandchildren, Cody, Allison, Sara, Jon, Brandon (Haili), Shelby (Jordan), Logan, Nate and Makayla; his great grandchild Jamison; and his brother James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Louis United Methodist Church or Charity of Choice.
