It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Dale Owen (Saint Louis, Michigan), who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Owen and Irma E. Owen (McLean); and his daughter Christina. He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Owen of California and Julia Owen of California; his grandson Michael Groomes of New Mexico; and his brother Keith Owen (Pat).
