He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lyle and Shirley Jean Oatten (Engelhardt); his brother Craig; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Greening and James Morton.
He is survived by: his wife Debb; his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Oatten, Beverly Morton and James Greening (Shirley); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Copeman, Cam Greening (Don Calkins), Heather Greening (Krista Smith), Steven Oatten (Bethany), Michael Greening (Kelly), Zachary Greening (Camille), Christopher Greening and Nicholas Morton (Melissa); his aunt Nancy Frost; and his kitties, Sarabi and Ruby. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made to the Elks National Foundation through the Alma Elks Lodge or to the family to help with expenses.
