He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Markwell and Thelma Marie Markwell (Freeman); and his brothers, David Markwell and Steven Markwell. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Markwell; his children, Chad Jr., Colton Markwell and Chasity Markwell; and his siblings, Bill Bradley (Toni), John Bradley (Melody), Suzi Bradley, Nancy O'Conner (Chris), Mary Kidd (Ron) and Linda Cole.
