She is survived by: her children, Verna Love (Charles), Regina Mitchell (Landon), Jerome Gholston and Kristen (Roy); her grandchildren, Charles L. Love, Brian Edward Love (Kristen), Sara E. Love, Andre P. Ball, April C. Ball, Alycia A. Mitchell, Alandrea M. Mitchell and Imani Hudson; and her siblings, Mae Agnes Gay, Roberta Hudson (Harris) and Nathaniel Carmon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
