He is survived by: his parents, Judith DeLapa (McCormick) and James DeLapa of Coloma; his wife Linda DeLapa (Russell); his children, Justin DeLapa (Jenny) of St. Joseph, Sarah Brunelle (Matt) of St. Joseph and Dylan DeLapa (Gloria) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Leo, Max, Maddie, Josie and Zach; and his siblings, James DeLapa II (Kim) of San Diego, CA, John DeLapa of Benton Harbor and Gina DeLapa of San Diego, CA..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Starks & Menchinger Chapel (2650 Niles Rd, St Joseph, MI 49085). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of God (2627 Niles Ave, St Joseph, MI 49085).
