It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Patrick McPhillips in Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Ella; and his siblings, Nancy, Patricia, Cecilia, John and James.
He is survived by: his wife Margot; his daughters, Jean Davey (Geoff), Susan McPhillips, Tricia Johnson (Todd), Andi Dankovich (Frank) and Lauren Green (Fred); his grandchildren, Kate Davey, Brian Davey, Beth Johnson, Caroline Johnson, Matthew Green and Alana Green; and his brothers-in-law, Duane Vienna and Myron LaBan (Joyce).
The family has suggested that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Berkley Education Foundation or any other organization you may support.
