It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Rae Batsky of Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Haack and Virginia Haack (Hoffman); and her stepmother Margaret Haack (Burner). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her son Michael; her granddaughter Lyanna; her siblings, Susie McPherson (Dean) of Omaha Nebraska, Paul Burner (Deb) of Lincoln and Jeanie Manzanares of Lafayette; and her favorite kitty Lily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
