She is survived by: her husband Robert Franklin Akright; her daughters, Cindy Meiselwitz (Robert) of Mesa, AZ, Sherie Bauman (Mark) of Silver Springs, MD and Denise Rudzki (Joseph) of Dearborn, MI; her grandchildren, Timothy, Rebekah and Katelyn; her great grandchildren, Noah, Amos, Isaac, Lydia, Dakota, Jace and Christopher; and her siblings, James Hauch (Claudia) of Rockford, IL and Carol Moneta (Manfred) of Bridgman, MI..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (1965 Broadway, Benton Harbor, MI 49022). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Beautiful Savior Church or to Michigan Lutheran High School.
