Rose Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Smith in Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smith and Anne Smith; her stepfather James Hutchison; and her siblings, Sue Blankenship and Max Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Ferguson (Lillian) of Laguna Niguel and Tim Savas (Dorothy) of Belleville, MI; her grandchildren, Kini Gadbaw (Shane) of Howell, MI, Alicia Carpenter (Kevin) of Gibraltor, MI, Emily Fightmaster (Matt) of Plymouth, MI, Stephen Ferguson (Erin) of Sherman Oaks and Kristyn Ferguson of Carlsbad, California; and her pet Bandit. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name to Friends of Michigan Animal Rescue would be greatly appreciated.
