With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronnie Ray Phelps (Saint Joseph, Michigan), born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on July 10, 2018 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. and Melba Jean Phelps (Rossum); and his siblings, Joyce, Renay, Isaiah Antonio, Dwight Antonio and Ernest Antonio.

He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Frank of Ypsilanti, Beverly Jill Barber of Canton, Jimmerson Nobles (Gean) of Ypsilanti, Calvin C. Nobles (Arlise) of Inkster, Cervie Dell Phelps (Latrell), Jacobie Phelps of Detroit and Valentino Malone (Jeannette) of Ypsilanti. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
