He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rhoa and Erma Rhoa (McKenzie); his son Brian Rhoa; and his brothers, Richard and Donald Rhoa.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Rhoa of St. Joseph; his sons, Jeff Rhoa (Marni) of Stevensville, David Rhoa (Deedra) of Mattawan and Matthew Rhoa of San Diego, CA; and his grandchildren, Megan, Brittnay and Nicholas Rhoa.
