With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Klass of Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Henry Klass; and his daughter Kristin Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jeanne Artner; his children, Dawn Batcho of St. Joseph and Richard 'Rick' Klass (Shelly) of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Grace Batcho, Emma Nelson, Andrew Nelson, Cameron Klass and Layton Klass; his son-in-law Mark Nelson of Valencia, PA; and his pet Remington.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum in Portage, MI in the name of Richard Klass.
