He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Anthony (Doug), Gerry Sernau, Kerry Sernau (Vicki) and Lori Shank (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Rachel Arndt (Jon), Rebecca Pranger (Matthew), Matthew Sernau (Terri), Kelly Scholtes (Bryan), Eric Sernau (Stephanie), Katherine Shank and Emily Callies (Lucas); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathaniel, Grace, Josiah Arndt, Sierra, Christian Pranger, Brett Sernau, Addison Scholtes and Owen Sernau.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ray's name may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, St. Joseph, Interment Where Crystal Springs Cemetery.
