With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Paula Risetter of Saint Joseph, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Paula left this world on December 24, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gosswein and Dorothy Gosswein (Wettsteadt); and her sister Alice Borchert. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Risetter, David Risetter (Mary Jo), Jeff Risetter (Melissa) and Katie Stuiber (Eric); her grandchildren, Nicole Claycomb, Alyxandra Claycomb, Justin Risetter (Louisa), Lauren (Alvaro), Aubrey Bornhoff (Peter), Jeremy Risetter (Sarah), Trent Risetter (Bella Barounes), Amanda Stuiber and Ryan Stuiber; her great grandchildren, Everly Risetter, Adalyn Risetter and Amari Risetter; and her sisters, Ruth Reid (Jim) and Judy Wardo (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saron Evangelical Lutheran Church (510 Main St, St Joseph, MI 49085).
