Phillips in Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Phillips and Lucille Phillips (Chancy); and his grandson Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his children, Lee Randolph (Erin), Rhonda Mercer (Steve) and Richard Randolph; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Amber, Adam, Jon, Ryan, Rebekah, Richard Michael and Heather Michelle. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
